THE REAL PROPERTIES LISTED BELOW WILL BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION ON THURSDAY MAY 07, 2026 , IF ALL TAXES, PENALTIES, INTEREST, AND COSTS ARE NOT PAID IN FULL BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS DAY ON MAY 04, 2026.


The auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Clark County Government Center, located at 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada. If payment for a property is not received from the successful bidder by 1:00 p.m. on day of auction, the property may be re-auctioned at 2:00 p.m.* Also, any properties not receiving bids on MAY 07, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. may be re-auctioned at 2:00 p.m.* Payment for properties re-auctioned at 2:00 p.m.* must be received by 4:30 p.m. that same day. Payment must be in U.S. Certified Dollars - Cash, Cashier’s Check, Wire, or Money Order.


Auction Information: Auction information is available at the Treasurer’s Office or online at www.clarkcountynv.gov/treasurer (Real Property Tax Auction). A $5,000.00 registration deposit is required to participate in the auction. Due to facility capacity limitations, registration will be limited to 280 bidders. All completed registration forms and deposits must be received in the Treasurer’s office no later than April 29, 2026.​​

Minimum Bid: The minimum bid amount includes, but is not limited to, taxes, penalties, interest, and costs legally chargeable against the property. The amount may also include liens related to delinquent sanitation/reclamation, sewer, special improvement district assessments, nuisance abatements and other like or related charges. Not all liens are satisfied by a tax auction. Some liens and other encumbrances may remain.​

CAUTION: INVESTIGATE BEFORE YOU BID.   All properties are sold AS IS, and all sales are final. The County makes NO representations, guarantees or warranties regarding the physical condition or stability of any of the parcels being auctioned, the existence of hazardous materials on or under the surface of the parcels, the suitability of the property for the bidders’ purposes or for any other purpose, any liens or encumbrances that currently exist, or may exist in the future. The properties are being conveyed subject to existing covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-ways, easements, current zoning, and any other possible restrictions and/or encumbrances. It is the responsibility of the bidder to perform due diligence and make any independent investigation deemed necessary prior to bidding on any parcel. This auction does not constitute a traditional real estate transaction. The County’s sole purpose for the sale is to recover the delinquent taxes and costs. The successful bidder agrees and acknowledges that the transaction is final and irrevocable and does hereby release and discharge the County from any and all claims, demands, or legal actions arising from or related to the purchase following the close of the auction.
